Order Questions: 

  • Can I ask for a new design or modified design?
  • Yes, you can provide your design ideas to us at any time. We won't charge any fee for it. 
  • My Shipping address is wrong, can I change it?
  • Yes, please contact us before the item is shipped. If the item is shipped we have to wait util the package is returned.
  • My billing address is wrong, can I change it?
  • Sorry we cannot change the billing address after the payment is done. But it's ok if the payment is successful and the shipping address is correct.
  • Are you going to give out my email address and contact information?
  • Absolutely not. We will NEVER share your personal information with spammers, third parties, etc.

Shipping Questions: 

  • Where can you ship items?
  • We can ship items all over the world! The shipping fee is $3.99 for the first item+ $1.50 per each additional product shipped domestic, and $7.50 for the first item + $5.95 per each additional product to the rest of the world.
  • Where is my shirt? When will I receive it?
  • After you place your order, your shirt will be printed. The printing process takes about 1 week, then your shirt will be shipped and you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you don't receive the tracking number, please contact us with your order number.
  • The tracking link says my package is delivered, but I didn't receive it!
  • Please check your order confirmation email to confirm the shipping address is correct. Then check your mailbox or ask your family members for the package. If the package still cannot be found, please contact the shipping company in your tracking link directly (usually USPS or Fedex).

Product Questions: 

  • My shirt is damaged, can I exchange it?
  • Yes, just send us a photo of the shirt, we will send you a new one for free. We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge. 
  • My shirt is too large/small, can I exchange it?
  • We typically do not accept returns due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc. However we can provide a special discount for you to order a new one at very low price.
  • I received a wrong shirt, can I exchange it?
  • Yes, please send us a photo of the received shirt, then we will check the problem and send you the correct shirt ASAP. 
  • Will the products shrink after washing?
  • The products we print on come pre-shrunk to minimize shrinkage.
